TO DESING AND BUILD AUTOMATION
Since 1983 Cosberg studies, designs and builds machines and modules for the automation of assembly processes. Cosberg systems are present in all main segments of industry, with particular success in the field of electromecanics, the automotive industry and in the production of accessories for furniture. Our offer extends to areas such as the production of household electrical appliances, as well as niche sectors such as electronics.
The engineering audacity of innovation, the constant utilization and application of state of the art technologies and know-how, the continuous investment in research and development, have made it possible in a few years for Cosberg to become a multinational company: plants have been created in France and South America, and over 25% of the turnover comes from exporting products all over the world.
In spite of our phenomenal growth and continuous evolution of our products, the company still fosters and nurtures the individual care of, and specific sensitivity to every single customer as one of the most important of our core values. For Cosberg, a satisfied customer represents the best possible commercial promotion.

OUR BEST INVESTMENT: RESEARCH
Achieving excellence and continuously overcoming technological obstacles can only occur through an endless process of study, research and development. For this reason Cosberg, since its foundation, invests every year more than 8% of its turnover in research and study of new solutions for industrial automation. This courageous policy has allowed the realization of machines, equipment and plants that are always more efficient and ergonomic; but above all, it has established, without a doubt, a corporate culture and identity that is recognized and appreciated by a global and cosmopolitan clientele. Today the most evident results of of this policy are represented by more than 15 patent applications, among which the electroresonant (Piezo) vibrating feeder stand out.

SAVINGS AND EFFICIENCY
Cosberg is particularly proud of the elettrorisonant vibrating feeder ADER-ADERAF. They represent a major achievement obtained through the commitment of the company to design and create innovative solutions for industrial automation: they represent the official seal of victory against the inertia of traditional systems. The performance that can be achieved by the system is due to the configuration of Piezo, the system used by Cosberg in order to improve the performance and increase energy savings. The Piezo systems:
- Do not require regulation of the molle
- Offers a stable and continuous feeding speed
- Do not produce magnetic effects on the parts
To our international customers, it is legitimate to attribute the success of the Piezo systems to the very high energy savings that they allow to achieve: with respect to a normal linear feeders, the ADER Cosberg can achieve minimum savings of 1 to 20, up to a maximum of 1 to 30. Today electroresonant vibrating feeders ADER-ADERAF are produced in many shapes and dimensions, either for circular or linear bases: they trigger the selection of pieces that up to now have not been detected by robotic control in this type of operation
