They are composed by a vibrating base on which 3 grooved-rails independent one from the other are fit. One of them provides the forward motion and the other two provide the backward motion. These grooved-rails are appropriately shaped so that the parts orientation is carried out on the forward motion of the linear. The grooved-rails are machined on CNC–machine tools for a better repeatibility and they are fit on the base by means of centering pins. They are suitable for feeding small pieces.
