They are composed by a vibrating base on which two grooved-rails independent one from the other are fit. One of them provides forward motion and the other one provides return recycling motion. These grooved-rails are appropriately shaped so that the parts orientation is carried out on the forward linear grooved-rails. The grooved-rails are machined on CNC-machine tool for a better repeatibility and they are fit on the base by means of centering pins. They are suitable for feeding small pieces.
