STANDARD MODULARITY

In the field of industrial automation, particularly concerning the assembly machines, the terms “modular” and “standard” are still unseizable targets. At least until now.

MOXMEC carried out a set of modular kits for the parts feeding, orienting, handling and loading which can be effectively defined as MODULES.
These modules enables to the machine builders greater flexibility and precision in material preparation and consequently of the entire machine cycle where the modules are used.
Series production and CNC machining parts guarantee the highest product quality while the modular system enable customized configuration which can be easily be done by the machine builders.
In addition, the modules can be re-tooled to accomodate the product modifications only changing few parts.
 All the kit components are available in dxf and 3D format.

ADOPTED TECHNOLOGIES

• Feeding technology: PIEZO electric feeders with digital controllers (remote control is possible)
• Handling technology: pneumatic cylinders, cam-driven arms, electrical axis for parts transfer and handling
• CNC machined components to guarantee precision, constancy and interchangeability
