Main features
All parts to be assembled are fed in bulk to the system and each assembling operation is carried-out by different machines.
A robot transfers the subassemblies from one machine to the other in sequence , thus replacing one operator. Therefore the efficiency of the system is not dependent on that of the human operator.
Thanks to the robot, the system can be easily tooled for different products.
