Main features
Mini pneumatic pick-and-place arms, realized and studied by Cosberg, that can complete a handling cycle in 1 second with a precision of ±0,05mm.
Nr. 2 hooks and nr. 2 plates are prepared contemporarily so that they can be screwed on thE electric plates without damaging them.
The feeding groups are composed by linear feeders with Moxmec technology, the bowl feeders are electromagnetic and all the bowls are made of stainless steel.
The machine is equipped with hoppers to give an autonomy of 4 hours.
The feeders cards are mounted in the electric panel and they are programmed with the remote programming unit.
